Remote Monitoring
Not only do we install the monitoring system on the phone of the client and we also do monitoring of the system from our office. A report is emailed monthly outlining the production of the system and any recommendations.
Net Billing
Net Billing Application is a requirement from the JPS to register the solar system. This allows you to earn from the excess electricity produced from the system that is not used. This extra electricity goes back to the grid and goes against your next light bill. We will apply on behalf of each client (at their cost) and follow up with the application to ensure that our clients get every benefit necessary to reduce their monthly light bill. Please note that only solar systems below 100kw can apply for Net Billing
Maintance
To maintain the highest efficiency of the system we offer to our clients a service packages. Similarly to a vehicle if this solar system is to operate at its optimum we have to come in and service the system which includes cleaning the panels, cleaning the inverter, checking the wiring and the rest of the system. This ensures that your investment is operating at its full capacity
Commercial Leasing
We offer a leasing choice for businesses, involving a 30% deposit and a 2-year lease period. Post-lease, a system purchase is available for $100. This option suits most businesses as their monthly energy savings often cover the lease payments. We align lease payments with savings when weather permits. First, confirm property ownership or obtain landlord permission if rented. Share your electricity bill for system sizing. An energy audit, for a fee, gauges usage patterns and installation needs. A comprehensive written quote details costs, materials, installation schedule, and deposit and lease terms. Upon agreement, a lease contract is signed, and a deposit, accompanied by a bank-standing order for monthly payments, is submitted. Installation concludes the process.
Warranty
We offer a extended warranty on the system however this is contingent on the client signing to a maintenance contract.
Buying a Solar and Residential and Commercial
When buying a solar system, two options exist: financing or upfront payment. Sharing your recent electricity bill helps determine suitable system size based on past energy usage. An energy audit follows, examining usage patterns and installation specifics. A comprehensive written quotation covers costs, materials, installation schedule, and projected savings under optimal conditions. Once terms are agreed upon, an installation contract is signed. Full payment or a 15% deposit with a financial institution’s commitment is then awaited. Professionals install the solar system, advancing you toward energy independence.Ownership of the property matters; if owned, proceed, but if rented, landlord consent is needed.
